Sooo yea, remember how i had that book Tokyo Suckerpunch for like 10 years but just read it this year welll I jus bought the second installment Hokkaido Popsicle. And if its anything like the first it willl be good. It has a cool title.

Soo Circus leaked a few days ago. I bought it today. I like it. Most of it. My least favorites are Out From Under & My Baby but I like everything else. My favorite song is Mannequin and following behind close are Blur & Unusual You. I also like the bonus tracks for the Deluxe Version [Phonography & Rock Me In] so yea, i'm still playin this album out.

Top 5 Albums of 2008

I kno the year isn't over yet but I wanted to talk about my favorite albums of 2008. The first one I want to talk about is Jazmine Sullivan's album Fearless, which i frickin love. I like every single song. Some more than others but it's a really good album & i like her smoky voice. smoky voices are the best. lol. But it if I had to pick 3 songs that I liked the most they would be Dream Big, Call Me Guilty; and Lions, Tigers & Bears. I had played that album to death before the physical release came out, and when it did i went to buy it but it was sold out everywhere, the day it came out. She's gonna be big. Soo on to the next favorite album. Adele's album 19, yet another smoky voice with amazing talent. Her album is sooo old skool, more shit i like. lol. It's really good. She says Etta James is one of her influences and you can really tell. But I also envy Adele cuz she's only a year older than me but it s famous..aww mann. lol. Well, next album is T.I.'s Paper Trail. I like T.I., definitely one of the best around. I like real rappers who can really spit & he is most definitely a beast. Favorite song on teh album is def Live Your Life featuring Rihanna. I like Swagga Like Us too, but I wish they let M.I.A. rap on it. Her on the hook jus isn't cutting it for me, I love her too much. Now I guess I should talk about another album, well this little session will bea bout 2 albums. I kno I said I'd only talk about 5 but well I lied. lol. So I liked both of these albums but not all the way through. They are Sam Sparro's self-titled album Sam Sparro and Solange's Sol-Angel & the Hadley Street Dreams. I like most of the songs on both albums but Solange's is kinda lacking. But I had some super favorites off of both including Black & Gold from Sam Sparro and T.O.N.Y. from Sol-Angel... (thas a long ass title, not repating it. lol). Now to my favorite. I LOVE Ashlee Simpson's album Bittersweet World. It got no recognition, but I played it non-stop. My favorite album of 2008. And all the bonus tracks are great too, had to search for them but I like em. I've never really been an Ashlee fan but I took a chance & it is my favorite of 2008. My favorite song for sure is Rulebreaker. The end. lol

Step

I love Meg. lol. I wasn't a fan of her until this new album of hers came out I can't remember how I came across it because i dont really kno any japanese artists besides Ayumi Hamasaki ,Kaela Kimura, & Teriyaki Boyz. But this album of hers entitled "Step" is really good. I like funky dance music anyways, even when it is in a language i can't speak. I LOVED Yelle's album & i cant speak french. But whatever there's my review, good album, so buy it. lol

Flashing Lights

Yea, so jus like everyone elese I am tired of this song. And the first vid was a lil disappointing, it needed a lil more & the 2nd version was okay. But this one, I really like. So by my vote the 3rd version wins

Jessica Stam

Jessica Stam is so beautiful. I first heard of her on Make Me A Supermodel, when she made a guest appearance. Then I saw her again last night on the Bravo A-List Awards. Then I googled her and saw so many beautiful photos of her. This one is flawless. She looks like an extra sexy vampire. This is the wallpaper on my phone now. I think I'm in love. She may be my new favorite model, Cintia Dicker was previously. I think they can tie for first. But ohhh, that Jessica Stam. lol

Hard Candy

I like Madonna's album Hard Candy. I like the new version of "The Beat Goes On" but I love the leaked version as well, both should've been on the album. My favorite tracks are "Spanish Lessons", "Heartbeat", well I like all but "Dance 2Night" & "Voices, they have to grow on me. But the rest is good. I LOVE the song "Ring My Bell" that comes on the deluxe version. But I give this a 4.8 stars out of 5. Buy it
ps. am i the only one who likes the part in Heartbeat where she says "See my booty get down like (Oh)"? lol

Tokyo Suckerpunch

So I just finished this book, yeah that one to the right. I've had it for about 8 years now, lol wow now that I think about it I've had that book for a really long time. I originally bought it because I liked the cover. I finally decided to pick it up & read it a few weeks ago. It was good. I want the next one in the series I think it's Hokkaido Popsicle. what a title, sounds fun. I hear this is being made into a movie with Tobey Maguire starring as the main character, Billy Chaka. But yea, i liked it. Now I'm gonna get Hokkaido Popsicle & tell you about it.

PS. Yes, this is the second book I've posted that takes place in Japan. Can you tell I'm obsessed with almost anything have to do with Japan? I gotta go someday

Bittersweet World

I bought Ashlee Simpson's album yesterday. I like it, kinda quirky, weird, but u kno thas my kinda shit. I give it a 4.5, it kinda gives me a headache or maybe thas jus due to the fact I've been feelin shitty for the past few days, depression. Whatevs. Buy the album & make sure to get Madonna's Hard Candy next week.

Albums I'm Excited For

I can't wait for Madonna's album Hard Candy. It comes out on the 29th I think. Then there's Ashlee Simpson's album Bittersweet World which comes out on the 22nd. I gues I shoulda wrothe that the other way around. lol. o well. Both albums feature production of Timbaland & the Neptunes. I usually like the stuff that Chad & or Pharrell make so should be good. All the tracks that leaked from these albums are really good. They should both be good buys. hello goodbuy hello goodbuy. u say goodbye & i say hello. lol. Everyone else seems to hate Ashlee's album but i kinda like it. And Madonna's is cool. I wouldn't expect anything form her that isnt crazy. I can't wait until Foxy Brown finally gets out of jail and puts an album out. Then after that I NEED another Kelis album. But thas about it for now boys & girls.

so yea, not much happenin. I need a new job. I got a sidekick slide a few weeks ago. it's ok i wish it had bluetooth file transfer so i could make my own ringtone but it doesnt. But at least i can make really slick themes for it. I fixed my myspace page up real nice you should see it--my myspace Yea, not much of an update but an update nonetheless

Grammy Weekend

So this is basically s tuff about Kelis Grammy weekend. I kno I'm late posting but Im lazy. But here's all the news. She was out wit her bff Dania ramirez as usual, they went to those grammy swag parties & a Verizon/Timbaland party. On the actual night of the grammys Dania & Kelis in support of Nas they wore "Nigger" attire. lol. Im calling Kelis, Nas, & Dania the triplets from now on. They're like a group. After the grammy they went to 2 parties and they dressed it up alot better. I have a lil interview wher Nas didnt explain himself very well but I still support him, make sure to watch the whole clip. Kelis shuts it down in the end. lol

Fox Boogie

I need Foxy Brown to come out of jail and get back on her rap game. lol. I fell bad for her in jail. The shit she did does not deserve a year. I think the judicial system has jus been tryin to make examples out of celebrities lately and bein extra hard on them. thas fucked up. Her song "Star Cry" leaked yesterday. It's from her lil mixtape album "Brooklyn's Don Diva". Its supposed to come out on the 5th. I hope it does.
